Project enquiries

When you send a project brief, we receive your name, email address, the project details you provide and any optional business links, tools or timing information. We use this information to respond, assess the request and discuss a proposal. Enquiries are stored in our WordPress site and sent to our company mailbox. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in your brief.

Newsletter signup is separate from a project enquiry. When newsletter subscriptions are available and you choose to subscribe, Brevo will process your email address to manage the subscription and deliver FreeMediaPro guidance. You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter. Sending a project brief does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Hosting and service providers

This website uses WordPress hosted by Hostinger. SureForms processes project enquiries, and SureMail connects enquiry notifications to our company email. These providers may process technical information needed to operate their services. Brevo is used for newsletter subscription management when enabled.

Cookies and technical information

WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in and site operation. Hosting and form services may process request and technical information for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Links to external services are subject to their own privacy notices.

Retention and your requests

We keep enquiry information while needed to respond, manage agreed work and meet applicable obligations. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or contact us about privacy, email hello@freemediapro.com. We review requests and explain any information we need to retain.
